The reverse of the coin depicts all four heroes suited in their full-battle armour wielding and trusted weapons in hand. From the textures of the horses’ manes to the facial expressions of each of the warriors, every detail is pronounced deeply in an Ultra-High Relief. The 2 Oz Silver coin is struck in a new minting technique that combines 11.5 Oz of Copper in between two layers of Fine Silver, resulting in super ultra-High Relief while being tapped off with Silver Antique Finishing. The technique allows the coin to have an incredible weight and feel in the hand together with 80 mm diameter size. The obverse of the coin depicts the Coat of Arms of Tchad and the inscriptions: “REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD” – the issuing country, “10000 FRANCS CFA” – the face value and “2021” – the year of issue.
