The reverse of the coin features the wonderful High Relief image of Arminius, the son of the chief of Cherusci, the germanic tribe. Given away as a hostage to the Roman Empire and educated like noble Romans, gained experience in Roman warfare and was raised as a great warrior. On the top of the reverse, the inscription “ARMINIUS” – the name of the coin. The obverse of the coin presents the spear of Arminius, the Coat of Arms of Germany and the inscriptions: “10 MARK” – the face value, “GERMANIA” – the issuing country, “2021” – the year of issue and “2 oz Ag 999.9” – the weight of the coin and the purity of the Silver.
